E-learning has been adopted as the only option to ensure the continuation of academic activities when the COVID-19 pandemic has taken the world by storm since early 2020. In response to the economic and social activities lockdown that has led to a stop in face-to-face teaching and learning activities, Self-Assessed Online Listening Tests or SAOLT was initiated by Assoc. Prof. Dr Mah Boon Yih, a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE), is one of the Open Educational Resources (OER) formulated based on RACQAIL attributes.
